Terms and Conditions are as follows:
Orders placed using ground or First Class service through the United States Postal Service are not guaranteed, however, we are able to track delivery of most items and report to the buyer. Once we receive notice from USPS that your package is delivered, it is assumed to be in your hands.
Most Priority Mail packages include tracking numbers for shipments. This is relayed in your shipping notice from Rising Phoenix Enterprises unless your package is physically delivered to the post office. You may use this number to track your package and delivery.
Any packages returned to us that need to be remailed will incur additional shipping charges. We use your address as provided so please verify all your details before placing your order. If a refund is requested at this point, there will be no refund of shipping charges. PLEASE NOTE: delivery of items to post office boxes (whether by postal employee notice or actual pickup) are considered to be DELIVERED and RECEIVED by the buyer. Rising Phoenix Enterprises is NOT responsible for lost packages or packages that have not been picked up at the post office. Rising Phoenix is NOT responsible for packages sent to apartments or condos since door delivery is usually the case by USPS. If you wish to add registered mail or delivery receipts, please contact us prior to ordering. Once, or if, the US Post Office tracks your package as delivered, it is your option to place a claim for loss or damage. Packages that are not traceable and are not delivered will be handled on a case by case basis. We understand that it can be frustrating, but please allow ample time to see if the package is returned to us.
By placing an order, you are authorizing Rising Phoenix Enterprises to place a charge on your credit card (through Authorize Net) for the cost of your shopping cart. You also agree that any opened or special order food items cannot be returned or refunded once they have been mailed. Nor are we able to refund shipping charges once the package has been mailed. Used items cannot be returned or refunded.
